The Role

As a Live Chat Assistant at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in helping our clients provide exceptional customer service to their customers. You'll be responsible for responding to live chat messages on our clients' websites, answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts. You'll also have the opportunity to chat with customers on social media platforms, helping them find the information they need and process their orders successfully.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to live chat messages on our clients' websites, providing timely and accurate assistance to customers

  • Answer customer questions, provide sales links, and offer discounts to help customers find the information they need
  • Chat with customers on social media platforms, helping them resolve simple problems and process their orders successfully
  • Work independently, following instructions and using your own initiative to resolve customer issues
  • Use the Squarespace platform to manage live chat conversations and respond to customer inquiries
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless customer experiences and high levels of customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* Friendly and approachable demeanor, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently, following instructions and using your own initiative to resolve customer issues
  • Reliable internet connection and a device that can access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently, with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve customer issues effectively
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
