Role Summary

As a Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, your main responsibilities will include resolving customer queries, providing product information, and assisting with order-related issues. Our team is the voice of arenaflex, committed to delivering excellent service and fostering customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner.

  • Provide accurate information about arenaflex services, delivery processes, and partner restaurants.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer feedback and improve service delivery.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products, promotions, and policies to assist customers.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions and follow up on outstanding issues.
  • Work towards monthly service level agreements (SLAs) and customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications

We're looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer service, call center, or related field (1-3 years preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a high-volume environment.
