Job Summary
We're looking for a reliable and proactive Customer Service Representative to assist our customers via email and live chat. The ideal candidate must be available to work during U.S. business hours and ensure all inquiries are responded to within 24 hours. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Responding to customer inquiries via email and/or live chat in a timely, friendly, and professional manner
* Ensuring all messages are answered within 24 hours
* Providing accurate information regarding products, orders, shipping, and returns
* Handling order issues including cancellations, exchanges, and refunds
* Working with the internal team to resolve issues and improve customer experience
* Maintaining organized records of all customer interactions
* Ensuring a consistently positive and helpful customer service experience
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Experience in customer support, preferably in an e-commerce setting
* Excellent written communication skills in English
* Familiarity with tools such as Shopify, Gorgias, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Gmail, etc.
* Ability to multitask and resolve problems efficiently
* Must be dependable and available to work during America time zones (EST)
* Working Hours: 2 to 3 hours per day
* Employment Type: Part-time
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* 1-2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in an e-commerce setting
* Excellent written communication skills in English
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
* Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer support tools
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications, marketing)
* Experience with email and live chat software
