Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Weekend Outbound/Inbound Customer Care Expert, you will be responsible for:

  • Customer-Centric Approach: Prioritize customers and their needs in all interactions, establishing and earning their trust through attentive and personalized service.
  • Inbound Customer Service: Manage a substantial volume of inbound customer service calls efficiently and courteously, handling overflow appointment requests with precision.
  • On-Call Support: Be available for on-call duties as required, providing timely and effective support to customers.
  • Issue Resolution: Effectively address and resolve customers' concerns, demonstrating strong character and values in every customer interaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively and efficiently with the team to ensure a unified customer care approach.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed consistent metric expectations, driving continuous improvement and excellence.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.
  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to be eligible for this role.
  • Teachability: A willingness to learn and embrace continuous learning opportunities is essential.
  • Communication Skills: Professional and amiable phone presence is required.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving capabilities are necessary to effectively address customer concerns.
  • Experience: Previous customer care experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Screening: You must successfully complete a drug screening and background check.
  • Adaptability: The ability to follow and utilize the playbook when handling different topics and conversations is crucial.
