The arenaflex IT Team

The IT team at arenaflex is responsible for providing technical support to the company's business operations. As an IT Service Desk Specialist, you will be part of a team that provides first-level technical support to customers, resolves technical issues, and ensures the smooth operation of arenaflex's IT systems.

Job Responsibilities

As an IT Service Desk Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing first-level technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
• Resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and network problems
• Collaborating with second and third-level IT teams to resolve complex technical issues
• Documenting technical issues and resolutions in a tagging/global positioning framework
• Participating in continuous improvement activities to enhance IT processes and tools
• Providing detailed documentation of technical issues, investigation steps, and related information
• Meeting or exceeding performance targets for availability, productivity, quality, and service

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A strong passion for IT and a willingness to learn and grow
• Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and customer service skills
• A positive, mature, and professional attitude
• Superb written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in high-stress situations and within time limitations

Preferred Qualifications

• Past experience in business operations or IT-related fields
• Experience using a tagging/global positioning framework
• Knowledge of and experience with Google Applications, AS400, and other relevant tools
• Past Service Desk experience or IT-related degree(s) or certification(s)
