Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Customer Services Representative, you'll be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound calls, emails, and chats, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and account inquiries
