Key Responsibilities
As an arenaflex Remote Chat Support Assistant, your primary duty will be to manage communications on creators' accounts, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for both creators and their fans. Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to inquiries and providing timely support to creators and their fans
- Providing sales links and offering discounts to enhance the creator-fan interaction
- Managing and resolving any issues that may arise on creators' accounts
- Collaborating with the arenaflex team to develop and implement strategies to improve the creator-fan experience
- Staying up-to-date with arenaflex's policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality support
Contract Details
* Contract Length: No fixed term, with the opportunity to renew or terminate at any time
- Rate: $35 per hour, competitive and reflective of the value you bring to arenaflex
- Commitment: A minimum of 5 hours per week, with flexibility to adjust your schedule as needed
