Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Remote Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries via live chat, email, or other communication channels
  • Assisting customers with booking flights, managing reservations, and resolving booking-related issues
  • Providing information regarding flight schedules, fares, baggage policies, and other relevant topics
  • Handling customer complaints with empathy and striving to find satisfactory resolutions
