Key Responsibilities

• * Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• * Maintain and update HR databases and ensure data accuracy.
• * Prepare presentations and reports for HR leadership and management.
• * Help identify trends and recommend solutions to improve HR effectiveness.
• * Collaborate with different departments to support employee engagement and development initiatives.
• * Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal company policies.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• * Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• * High attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• * Proficiency in arenaflex Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• * Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.

• Experience
• * No prior HR experience required.
• * Internships or academic projects in HR, data analysis, or business operations will be considered a plus.

• * Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Flexible hours available)
