Associate Immigration Attorney

Remote Full-time Live

Are you the next attorney for our law firm? Are you looking for a growing, innovative culture where quality teamwork improves people’s lives every day? Do you thrive as a big fish in a small pond, with the owner’s ear tuned in to you? Our firm is growing quickly, and the work isn’t slowing down: families need us, cases are moving, and our systems are built to scale. We’re looking for an attorney who wants to practice with heart, discipline, and genuine teamwork. If you like knowing what’s expected of you, having organized workflows, and being part of a consistent, supportive team, you’ll love it here. We help immigrants build a better future in the US. We forge long-lasting relationships with clients. We value employees who enjoy rewarding relationships with clients and who know how to work hard and have fun. If you have talents or skills that we are not asking for here, we’ll work to find a way for you to use them. Who thrives here:

  • Attorneys who are warm, thoughtful, and grounded, clients need a steady presence.
  • People who respect systems: time tracking, calendaring, deadlines, and clear documentation.
  • Teammates who collaborate, not compete.

  • People who want to get better every month: personally and professionally.

We are seeking a highly motivated Associate with excellent skills to become a part of our growing team. The ideal candidate will be available for full-time work, but a part-time arrangement will be considered.

  • Compensation is dependent on experience and qualifications, at market rates
  • Bonus opportunities!
  • Recognized work-life balance
  • Paid Holidays
  • PTO

Qualifications: The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Have 5+ years of attorney experience in immigration

  • Fluent in Spanish

Skills and experience are required and valued, but attitude, character, personality, and integrity are also important. High-maintenance, humorless, or self-important individuals will not succeed in this position and should not apply.

  • Be able to interact with clients, colleagues, and co-workers in a compassionate, personable, and professional manner

About Company We’re a mission-driven immigration law firm focused on helping people through some of the most important and stressful moments of their lives. Our team is known for being warm, collaborative, and obsessed with making sure clients feel supported, understood, and respected. We’re big on clarity, process, and compassion, and we’re proud of the systems we’ve built to support both our staff and clients. Our Work Culture
