Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Working independently to manage multiple incoming requests and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless support and resolve complex issues
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

  • Proficiency in using social media and website chat functions, with a strong understanding of online customer support best practices
  • Availability to work a minimum of 5 hours per week, with flexibility to work up to 40 hours per week
  • Reliable internet connection and a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
