Key Responsibilities

* Efficiently and accurately enter data while providing exceptional customer service through live chat interactions

• Utilize strong attention to detail and communication skills to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize, define, increase, and review data for various use cases as part of the VOC cease to quit technique
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services to provide informed and accurate responses to customer inquiries
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer service and data entry processes

Essential Qualifications

* 3+ years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field

• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools
• Experience working in a remote environment or willingness to adapt to a remote work setup

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with data analysis and reporting tools

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and development life cycles
• Familiarity with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, Shell Scripting Languages, and Development Life Management
• Experience with automation tools and scripting languages
