What You'll Do

As a Technical Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional support and guidance. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries over Slack and email within 1 hour, addressing issues such as bugs, onboarding challenges, or product strategy
  • Developing expertise in our domain and product to provide informed advice and solutions to customers
  • Collaborating with our CEO to ensure seamless onboarding and activation of customers within 30 days of starting with us
  • Monitoring customer activity and re-engaging customers who show signs of not fully utilizing our product
  • Identifying expansion opportunities within companies by analyzing user behavior and interactions
  • Reporting and resolving bugs or less-than-ideal experiences in our product
  • Working closely with our engineering team to verify that new features and releases meet customer expectations

About You

We're looking for a highly organized, diligent, and responsible individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Technical Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, you'll possess:

  • Native English fluency and exceptional communication skills
  • A customer-centric approach, with a focus on helping customers succeed
  • Basic software engineering experience, although coding is not required (you'll need to have a solid understanding of technical concepts and debugging)
  • The ability to learn and adapt quickly, with a willingness to develop new skills and knowledge

Requirements

To succeed as a Technical Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • A Science or Engineering degree (preferably Computer Science) or equivalent experience
  • Excellent English communication skills, with a focus on written abilities for customer-facing communication

Logistics

As a Technical Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, you'll work evening shifts to ensure better coverage over US timezones (where 95% of our customers are present). You'll work from 5 pm to 1 am IST, with the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in the world. Located in Bangalore is slightly preferred, but not required.
