Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns. Key Responsibilities

* Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Assist customers with tracking shipments, resolving delivery issues, and providing general shipping information
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information on arenaflex services, products, and policies
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or university education an asset

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Basic computer proficiency, including experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment

  • Knowledge of shipping and logistics industry an asset
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills an asset
  • Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools an asset
