Key Responsibilities:

As an Online Chat Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing direct, instant support to users via online messaging, ensuring timely and accurate responses to their queries
  • Resolving customer issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Utilizing knowledge of arenaflex products and services to offer relevant solutions and recommendations
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date on new features and releases

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, communications) preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a support or service environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Proficiency in using online chat platforms and software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a similar role at arenaflex or a similar organization

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative)
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Fluency in multiple languages (English and one or more additional languages)
