What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing inbound customer support via phone, email, and chat
• Resolving technical issues and answering customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Assisting customers with healthcare-related concerns, including benefits, eligibility, appeals, and grievances
• Maintaining a strong customer focus and providing a positive and welcoming experience to every customer interaction
• Working efficiently in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment and navigating multiple systems to resolve customer issues
• Delivering expert customer experiences with a smile and a commitment to excellence

Your Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

• A passion for helping others and a strong customer service orientation
• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
• Verifiable High School diploma or GED
• Basic computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
• Proficiency in fast-paced, multi-tasking environments
• Ability to work from home and maintain a dedicated workspace
• Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
