Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a multidisciplinary team of threat intelligence analysts, incident responders, and data engineers to deliver world‑class security services to both public and private sector clients.
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve CTI (Cyber Threat Intelligence) collection, analysis, and dissemination pipelines across the Identify, Protect, Detect, Respond, and Recover lifecycle.
  • Serve as the primary technical liaison for client‑facing engagements, translating complex threat data into clear, actionable recommendations for executive and technical audiences.
  • Develop and present briefings, reports, and dashboards that synthesize raw sensor data, incident logs, and threat feeds into compelling narratives for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Drive strategic initiatives that align arenaflex’s threat intelligence capabilities with emerging cloud security trends, including zero‑trust architectures, supply‑chain risk management, and AI‑enhanced analytics.

  • Maintain compliance with U.S. Government security clearances, including Top Secret/SCI with polygraph, and ensure all team activities meet strict regulatory and contractual requirements.

  • Represent arenaflex at industry conferences, webinars, and customer workshops, positioning the organization as a thought leader in cloud‑native security.

Essential Qualifications (Must‑Haves)

  • Proven experience delivering threat intelligence in a client‑facing environment, preferably within the Identify, Protect, Detect, Respond, Recover framework.
  • Hands‑on expertise with CTI tools and platforms (e.g., MISP, ThreatConnect, MITRE ATT&CK) and a deep understanding of tactical, operational, and strategic intelligence.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams, influence senior leadership, and communicate complex concepts to varied audiences.
  • Active U.S. Government Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph eligibility.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to transform raw data from sensors, logs, and threat feeds into concise, actionable reports.
  • Experience in incident response lifecycle, including detection, containment, eradication, and post‑incident analysis.
