Role Overview – Remote Compliance Customer Relations Specialist

This full‑time, remote position supports motor carriers across six key states (Connecticut, Massachusetts, Florida, South Carolina, Texas, and Georgia). You will work Monday‑Friday, 8 am‑8 pm EST, with required evening availability—including two scheduled evening shifts each week. The role offers a starting pay of $18.25 per hour and the flexibility to thrive in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client & Candidate Guidance: Serve as the primary point of contact for carriers, drivers, and candidates, explaining DOT and FCRA regulations in clear, lay‑person terms.
  • Employment Verification & Data Collection: Conduct thorough employment verifications, gather essential driver information, and ensure all data is entered accurately into arenaflex’s compliance platform.
  • Document Review & Processing: Review driver documentation, respond to client inquiries, and process compliance paperwork—including drug testing results and background check reports.
