Job Description

As a Remote Sales Chat Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, engaging with customers via chat and encouraging them to place orders for our secondhand shipping containers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Advertise and sell shipping containers using our cutting-edge software
  • Engage with customers via chat, building rapport, and addressing their queries and concerns
  • Close sales directly on the chat and send invoices using our company's system
  • Assign leads to sales managers for follow-up via phone calls
  • Participate in daily training sessions to enhance your product knowledge and sales skills
  • Collaborate with mentors and peers in our Q&A group to achieve your sales targets

Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:
