Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Professional – Platinum, you'll be responsible for:
- Consistently delivering extraordinary service on a high volume of inbound calls, ensuring that every customer interaction is a positive and memorable experience.
- Consulting with customers to understand their needs and tailoring unique solutions that meet their expectations.
- Adding value for customers through relevant recommendations of product offers, reinforcing the benefits of our services, and driving loyalty.
- Utilizing a service-oriented personality to develop key selling skills, building strong relationships with customers, and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.
- Responsible for case intake, analyzing fraud and dispute cases, and providing timely resolutions to customer concerns.
- Using tools and resources to identify custom solutions and anticipate customer needs, staying ahead of the curve in terms of customer expectations.
- Meeting and exceeding performance goals, including sales rates and customer performance metrics, while maintaining a customer-first mentality.
