Essential Job Functions

Key Responsibilities

* Lead a team of agents to achieve service level metrics and customer satisfaction goals

  • Provide coaching and feedback to agents to improve their performance and skills
  • Assist agents with technology and data entry solutions to ensure seamless customer interactions
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance agent skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with other teams to drive business results and improve customer experiences
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a contact center environment

  • Proven track record of leading a team to achieve service level metrics and customer satisfaction goals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt to change and prioritize tasks effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
