Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Care Representative to join our team in Idaho. As a remote worker, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, while still being an integral part of our customer-facing team. Available Shifts

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* To be located in the State of Idaho
* At least 1 year of call center experience
* 6 months of customer service experience
* Basic typing and computer skills, with excellent navigational skills
* High-speed internet access (minimum upload speed of 3 mbps and minimum download speed of 30 mbps)
* A quiet space within your home, free from distractions, to take incoming calls
* Prior arenaflex employees must have 6 months of experience with arenaflex
