Responsibilities:

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to address their questions and concerns
  • Calmly resolving and de-escalating any issues that may arise, ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate, working closely with internal teams to resolve complex issues
  • Responding to requests for assistance and processing payments as required
  • Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, ensuring accurate and timely data collection
  • Providing feedback on call issues, helping to identify areas for improvement and optimize our customer service processes
  • Upselling products or services when applicable, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • The ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment, with a strong focus on self-motivation and discipline
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results
  • Be at least 18 years of age, with a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong typing skills, with a minimum of 25 words per minute
  • Proficiency in desktop computer systems, including Windows operating systems
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
  • Logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
  • Strong organization and work prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Nice-to-Haves:

While not required, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a focus on resolving customer complaints and issues
  • Proficiency in multiple languages, including English and Spanish
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment
