Responsibilities:
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to address their questions and concerns
- Calmly resolving and de-escalating any issues that may arise, ensuring a positive customer experience
- Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate, working closely with internal teams to resolve complex issues
- Responding to requests for assistance and processing payments as required
- Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, ensuring accurate and timely data collection
- Providing feedback on call issues, helping to identify areas for improvement and optimize our customer service processes
- Upselling products or services when applicable, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- The ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment, with a strong focus on self-motivation and discipline
- At least 6 months of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results
- Be at least 18 years of age, with a high school diploma or equivalent
- Strong typing skills, with a minimum of 25 words per minute
- Proficiency in desktop computer systems, including Windows operating systems
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
- Logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
- Strong organization and work prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
