The Role

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, answering incoming calls, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. You will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, collaborating with a team of experienced professionals to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer incoming calls and communicate with clients with respect, courtesy, empathy, tact, and professionalism

  • Troubleshoot situations accurately, quickly, and efficiently for customers on the phone
  • Maintain an above-average attendance record
  • Follow established standard operating procedures
  • Work collaboratively with a team of customer service representatives to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Schedule and Shifts

* Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday

  • Shift Hours: 3:30pm - 12am
  • Please note that all potential candidates must be flexible, as you may be asked to work a different shift from time to time.

Qualifications and Requirements

* A high school diploma is required

  • At least one year of call center experience is required
  • Can be a team player
  • Can work without direct supervision
  • Can work well with medical staff, veterans, and the elderly
  • Has a good work ethic
  • Outstanding verbal communication skills (phone etiquette)
  • Detail-oriented, can multi-task, and is highly organized
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Must be flexible

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous military experience is encouraged to apply

  • Previous experience working in a medical or healthcare setting is an asset
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills are an asset
