Key Responsibilities – Your Day‑to‑Day Impact

  • Guest Communication Mastery: Respond promptly to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring clear, courteous, and brand‑aligned messaging. Use arenaflex’s AI‑powered platform (powered by arenaflex’s proprietary ChatGPT integration) to craft tailored responses that feel human while maintaining efficiency.
  • Screening & Vetting: Conduct thorough pre‑arrival screenings of potential guests, verifying identity, reservation details, and compliance with arenaflex policies.
  • Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve guest issues across multiple booking platforms (including arenaflex, arenaflex, and arenaflex), ensuring a swift path to resolution and a seamless stay experience.
  • Review Management: Draft thoughtful replies to guest reviews on arenaflex, arenaflex, and other hospitality platforms, turning feedback into an opportunity for brand amplification.
  • Vendor Coordination: Report maintenance and damage incidents to the Operations team via arenaflex Teams. Submit reimbursement claims through arenaflex Shield and manage the workflow of in‑house maintenance labor.
  • Financial Insight: Apply a working knowledge of business financials and basic accounting to assist with onboarding of new accounting systems and accurate cost tracking.
  • Escalation & Collaboration: Communicate complex or high‑priority issues to management using arenaflex, ensuring that information is clear, concise, and actionable.
  • Performance Metrics: Strive toward achieving five‑star ratings and Superhost status for every property you support, regularly tracking performance metrics and implementing improvement plans.
  • Shift Coverage: Maintain reliable availability during Central and Eastern Time zones, specifically Thursday & Friday from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. CST. Exceptional candidates may also be considered for overnight shift opportunities (11 p.m.–7 a.m. CST).

Essential Qualifications – What You Must Bring

  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with perfect grammar and a clear, friendly phone presence.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask efficiently, switching seamlessly between tasks while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with virtual communication tools (e.g., VoIP platforms) and collaborative software such as arenaflex.
  • Hands‑on experience with AI‑driven messaging systems, particularly those built on arenaflex’s integration of ChatGPT.
  • Prior exposure to hospitality property management platforms (arenaflex, arenaflex, or arenaflex) is strongly preferred.
  • Comfort with handling sensitive guest data and adhering to privacy standards.
  • Availability to work the specified part‑time schedule, with flexibility for additional overnight shifts if needed.
