As a Customer Service Associate, you will play a vital role in making the return and pickup of packages convenient for our customers. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Associate at our Locker+ retail locations, you will be responsible for:
- Receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing for delivery
- Assisting customers with questions and concerns, providing solutions and resolving issues
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to safety guidelines and protocols
- Managing responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing the site
- Using technology, such as smartphones and handheld devices, to sort, scan, and prepare orders
- Receiving truck deliveries and ensuring timely processing of packages
Physical Demands and Requirements
* Perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
- Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
- Be available to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with schedules varying week to week

- Noise level: Sound levels are minimal, similar to what you'd expect in a grocery store.
- Dress code: Relaxed, with a few rules to follow for safety. Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are required, and protective safety footwear are required in select business units.
