- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience in financial services administration, client service, or executive support.
- Exposure to compliance administration, file reviews, or ongoing fee arrangements.
- Excellent written communication and Microsoft Office skills.
- Maintain client review dates and assist with compliance file reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Support administration of ongoing fee arrangements, consent renewals and service delivery tracking.
- Assist advisers with client queries, advice documentation, and implementation of recommendations.
- Manage information flow, trackers, and workflow tools efficiently.
- Provide general administrative support and collaborate with offshore administration teams.
- Optional: Assist with basic bookkeeping, reconciliations, or invoice preparation (training provided).
