About the Role

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the voice of our dealership partners, handling inbound inquiries, scheduling service appointments, and conducting follow‑up outbound calls that drive satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inbound Call Handling: Answer a high volume of calls on behalf of automotive dealership clients, providing accurate information and solutions to customers.

Essential Qualifications
