Job Summary

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for performing a range of tasks, including data entry, reconciliation, and problem-solving, to support our Alternate Investments team. This is a remote opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home and enjoy a better work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform day-to-day reconciliation, trade, and transfer activities for Alternate Investments

  • Process trade buy and sell transactions in client accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies between TD Ameritrade and fund companies or transfer representatives
  • Handle Business Action Celebrations, settle and reconcile transactions, and process returns
  • Conduct research on complex and escalated problems, and execute testing and validation of new technology enhancements and supplier adjustments
  • Perform tasks in Trading, Dividends, Transfers, Reconciliation, and Company Activities that directly impact Client/Advisor accounts

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in data entry, reconciliation, or a related field

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Experience with Salesforce and other CRM systems is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the financial industry, particularly in Alternate Investments

  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements, such as 2340 and 15C3-3
  • Familiarity with tax programming and coding
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
  • Certification in data entry or a related field is a plus
