Job Summary
As a Temporary Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, or chat. You will work in a fully remote setting, utilizing your excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and technical proficiency to resolve customer inquiries and concerns. This is a temporary role, with the possibility of extension or conversion to a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Present solutions to customer issues, complaints, or concerns in a timely manner
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Routinely and accurately document customer interactions in our company database
- Other duties as assigned
Experience/Education/Skills
* Must have customer service or call center experience in an office setting
- Basic computer proficiency required
- Welcoming personality with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be solutions-oriented and able to solve problems independently
- Ability to multitask and prioritize duties
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Schedule/Pay
* Monday – Friday, 1st shift: 10:00am – 7:00pm
- Pay up to $16.18/hr
