We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. As a key member of our customer service function, you'll play a critical role in assisting clients with their inquiries and providing solutions that meet their needs. As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for:- Assisting with evaluating and resolving service inquiries from clients across different platforms
- Effectively using various computer systems to complete assigned tasks and address account inquiries
- Developing and maintaining working knowledge of specific groups of arenaflex products and services
- Analyzing and identifying potential risks and identifying solutions that meet client needs
- Completing assigned tasks in an accurate and efficient manner
- Solving disputes and retaining clients, while minimizing operating loss, through adherence to established rules and regulations
- Fulfilling clients' necessities while providing an exceptional client experience
- Appropriately assessing risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for arenaflex's reputation and safeguarding its clients and assets
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:- 2-4 years of work experience in a related role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows Operating Systems
- Demonstrated experience solving customer service inquiries
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent technical and data entry skills, including the utilization of a 10-key touchpad
- Proven ability to navigate multiple systems and customer service platforms concurrently
Education
A High School diploma or equivalent is required for this role.Training and Development
As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to complete training on site at our Jacksonville, Florida location.
