Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service/Dispatcher, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing inbound and outbound communications with patients, technicians, and healthcare providers
- Ensuring efficient data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Dispatching work orders to scheduled technicians and following up to ensure job completion
- Providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with the Customer Service Manager to prioritize and triage calls, and make decisions to optimize workflow
- Maintaining phone etiquette and adhering to arenaflex's high standards for customer service

We're looking for a self-motivated and customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. As a Remote Customer Service/Dispatcher, you'll need to be:
- Proficient in English with strong communication and phone etiquette skills
- Experienced in customer support and client services
- Skilled in data entry and typing
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and general computer skills
- Able to handle inbound and outbound calls and manage call center operations
- Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus
- Previous experience in customer service and medical settings is advantageous
