Your Role in arenaflex

As a Technical Customer Support Specialist on our evening shift, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through live chat and email support. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing timely and accurate solutions to customer queries, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborating with internal teams, including tech experts, to understand IT business logic and provide informed support
  • Interpreting and refining the customer success process to optimize performance and drive growth
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients, turning them into advocates for arenaflex

Your Skills and Experience

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Ability to work full-time during the evening shift (5:00 PM - 1:00 AM) in a hybrid working model
