Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Making outbound and receiving inbound calls to resolve customer inquiries and concerns
- Thoroughly reviewing and processing loan applications through various software systems
- Assessing candidate qualifications for loans and making informed decisions
- Creating and updating records in our database
- Identifying customer needs and exploring available options to meet their requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications
