Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist – Remote Research Participant, your key responsibilities will include:

• Participating in online studies, focus groups, and product testing sessions
• Completing data entry tasks, including surveys, questionnaires, and other research-related activities
• Utilizing your computer, laptop, or mobile device to access and complete studies
• Interacting with research participants, including providing feedback and guidance as needed
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of your work, including data entry and study completion
• Collaborating with our research team to ensure the success of our studies and projects

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A strong internet connection and a reliable mobile device or computer
• Excellent data entry skills, including the ability to type a minimum of 25 words per minute
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to read, write, and understand English and Spanish (a plus)
• Ability to focus and follow through on tasks and responsibilities
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word or Excel (helpful but not mandatory)

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, backgrounds in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, and sales support are highly valued in this role. Additionally, experience with data entry software and tools, such as Microsoft Office or Google Suite, is a plus.
