The Role As a Remote arenaflex Reseller Customer Service Chat Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to arenaflex customers through chat and email. Your primary responsibilities will include: Key Responsibilities: Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience through chat and email. Assist with Orders and Transactions: Handle customer orders, process refunds and returns, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
