Customer Service Representative Duties
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Contributing to team effort by achieving related results such as maintaining customer engagement standards, exceeding sales goals, assisting in ideas for team meetings, and adding to round table discussions with the sales department to increase customer satisfaction
- Answering customer inquiries regarding service issues, product troubleshooting, service questions, sales prices, and general client concerns
- Opening new customer accounts and recording confidential account information accurately, including address and contact information
- Renewing or upgrading customer accounts as needed by following up with new customers regularly
- Encouraging customers to leave feedback on the interaction on behalf of the customer service and sales team
- Building sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication to increase sales and customer acquisition for our clients
- Handling complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and following up to ensure resolution exceeds expectations
Customer Service Representative Must Have
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- The ability to effectively communicate verbally and willing to expand on these abilities
- A quality focus on customer satisfaction and increasing sales for our clients
- The ability to excel and grow in a fast-paced, high-energy, collaborative environment

Education/Experience We Look For In A Customer Service Representative
While a University/college degree in a related field is preferred, it's not required. We're looking for individuals with:
- A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with new technology is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, client-facing, retail or related industries is preferred
