Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Overnight Customer Service Representative to join our team, working from home to provide exceptional customer service to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling lost and stolen customer service calls, providing a high level of support and resolution to our customers. This is a full-time position, working 38 hours per week, with opportunities for career growth and development.

Responsibilities

As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Handling lost and stolen customer service calls for a large banking institution
• Providing a high level of support and resolution to our customers
• Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
• Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) required, Associate's degree preferred
• 3 years of customer service experience, with a strong background in handling customer complaints and issues
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• High-speed internet connection with a minimum of 25 Mbps download and upload speeds (wired connection only)
• Android (OS 11.0 or higher) or iPhone (iOS 15 or higher) smartphone
• Unlimited minutes or landline phone
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

* 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment

• Experience with customer service software and systems
• Strong knowledge of banking and financial services
• Ability to work in a remote environment and maintain productivity and focus

• Holidays: 1700-0200
• Night shift: 2100-0600
• Weekend availability: 1700-2200
