Job Summary

We're seeking experienced customer service representatives to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients' customers, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and upselling products and services. If you're a team player with a passion for delivering results, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients' customers via phone, email, and chat

  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and upsell products and services
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and sales targets
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products and services
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve customer service processes

Essential Qualifications

* 6 months of previous call center experience and customer service experience

  • High School diploma or GED equivalency
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and toggle between multiple screens/systems
  • Data entry and key stroke accuracy
  • Dependable, reliable, with a strong attention to detail
  • Confident and capable of upselling

Preferred Qualifications

* 1+ year of experience in a customer service role

  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

* Competitive compensation, with a base salary of $11-$15/hour

  • Permanent schedules with a weekend requirement
  • Flexible pay options, including direct deposit with daily and weekly options

Work-from-Home (WFH) Policy

After 90 days of employment, eligible employees may be able to work from home. To be eligible for WFH, employees must:

  • Have a dedicated workspace at home that is free from outside noise and distractions
  • Have a minimum network speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
  • Be able to connect directly to the router with an Ethernet cable
  • Have a reliable high-speed internet connection
