Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Interface with customers via inbound calls who have questions or concerns that require additional support.
- Achieve specific support and resolution on every call.
- Use script and/or probing techniques to determine customer needs and offer the most appropriate advice or service for particular situations.
- Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services.
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional service experiences.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma and/or GED
- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience (or required)
- Live within 25-30-mile radius of our Saint Louis, MO site
- Strong PC knowledge and computer navigation skills
- The ability to work rotational shifts as needed
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Familiarity with industry-specific products and services
- Certification in customer service or a related field
