Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for engaging with customers via Facebook Messenger, addressing their inquiries, and providing helpful responses. Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensuring that our clients' customers are satisfied and empowered to achieve their goals. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging in live chat sessions on Facebook Messenger, addressing customer inquiries, and providing helpful responses
  • Undergoing basic training to get up to speed with our processes and platforms
  • Managing your schedule effectively, committing to at least 5 hours of work per week
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and provide timely support

Essential Qualifications

  • Basic proficiency in English writing
  • No previous experience in live chat support is required, as full training will be provided
