The Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team on a part-time basis, working nights and weekends. As a key member of our contact center team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, responding to their requests, and ensuring their needs are met throughout the lifespan of their project. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming calls and responding to customer requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Working in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing guidelines and priorities
  • Booking appointments for customers with a high degree of data accuracy
  • Maintaining excellent written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clear and concise communication with customers
  • Identifying and escalating issues to supervisors, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Informing clients about procedures, answering questions, and providing information to support their needs
  • Maintaining and improving quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • A strong aptitude for learning, understanding, and conveying complex information
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and guidelines

  • Basic computer skills, with experience using CRM software and other customer support tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
