Why This Role Matters

The Digital Customer Growth Marketing team sits at the heart of arenaflex’s strategy to deepen relationships with Small Business and Middle Market card members. This segment drives a significant portion of our revenue and offers unparalleled growth momentum. As a Senior Manager on this team, you will own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of digital treatment campaigns—ranging from card upgrades and cross‑sell initiatives to lending enrollment offers—delivered through our flagship digital portals, My Card Account (MYCA) and the Blueprint Small Business Homepage. Your strategic vision will shape how millions of small‑business customers experience arenaflex, ultimately unlocking new value for both the members and the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Campaign Leadership: Partner with external creative agencies and internal cross‑functional teams to design, develop, and launch seamless campaigns across web, mobile, and Blueprint channels.
  • Test & Learn Management: Build and manage a robust Test & Learn curriculum—conceptualizing experiments, defining implementation roadmaps, tracking results, and translating insights into scalable tactics.
  • Program Optimization & Forecasting: Continuously monitor performance metrics, conduct variance analysis, and produce actionable forecasts that guide budget allocation and strategic pivots.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Enterprise Digital, Analytics, Risk, and other stakeholders to stay ahead of product enhancements and translate them into compelling marketing treatments.
  • Data‑Driven Decision Making: Leverage rich customer data, behavioral insights, and segmentation models to drive channel effectiveness and increase treatment uptake.
  • Portfolio Growth: Identify opportunities within the treatment portfolio, develop go‑to‑market strategies, and champion initiatives that expand member value.
  • Leadership & People Development: Directly manage a small team of three marketing professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, mentorship, and continuous learning.
  • Storytelling & Communication: Craft compelling narratives tailored to executive leadership, partner teams, and front‑line staff to ensure alignment and enthusiasm for program goals.
  • Compliance & Risk Awareness: Ensure all campaigns adhere to regulatory standards and internal risk policies, working in partnership with the Risk team to mitigate exposure.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, growth strategy, or product channel management, preferably within the financial services or payments industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop customer‑first marketing strategies that drive measurable growth.
  • Exceptional analytical mindset with a strong grasp of data‑driven testing methodologies and performance tracking.
  • Outstanding relationship‑building skills; a collaborative approach that unites diverse stakeholders around shared objectives.
