Job Summary

As a Customer Care Agent at arenaflex, you'll be working with our customers over the phone, on live chat, and through email to create raving fans for our brand every single day. You'll be part of a team that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and making a positive impact on our customers' lives. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to arenaflex customers over the phone, on live chat, and through email

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with the customer care team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and sales targets
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a live chat or online customer service environment

  • Knowledge of lighting products and industry trends
  • Experience with sales and customer service software, such as Salesforce or Zendesk
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience working in a team-oriented environment

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

* Competitive hourly rate of $16.00, with a $1/hour increase after 60-day provisional period

  • Quarterly bonus and commissions on product sales
  • Flexible full-time schedules available during customer service hours of 8 am - 6 pm, Monday through Friday
