Key Responsibilities:

* As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you will be part of a team that uses data to tell a story and visually represent information to better understand future learning experiences.

• You will work closely with Information and Analysis Leads, Product Managers, and OU colleagues to understand partner needs and translate them into actionable data products.
• You will analyze and act on multiple data sources (both internal and external) to provide insights and recommendations to our clients.
• You will become a super-user of dashboards, datasets, and models created and shared by data designers and experts.
• You will support data products and initiatives in delivering new analysis and insights, acting as a subject matter expert, helping with testing and client stories to ensure we deliver high-quality data and insights to our clients.
• You will lead business and data analysis to evaluate performance and guide strategy, ensuring that data plays a critical role in building insights and capabilities for overall evaluation and planning.
• You will extract additional value from analysis by acting as a champion of data and insights to enable and drive the adoption of self-service analysis in organization-wide capabilities.

Capabilities and Prerequisites:

* Minimum 3 years of experience + Bachelor's degree in business or related field

• Experience with various types of tools used for analytical visualizations with an emphasis on PowerBI capability
• Ability to create clear insights from complex data
• An enthusiasm to learn/create and stay up-to-date with emerging trends/technologies that drive further understanding value
• Demonstrated ability to filter through data, perform analysis, identify key information, and develop decision-making options is essential
• Experience in working with collaborative processes and teams
• Practice with internal and external data like Nielsen, market, performance, volume, and revenue
• Experience managing large datasets and creating insights using SQL, Alteryx, and Google Analytics
