The Role

As a Customer Care Professional in our American Express Data Entry team, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional client experiences. You'll be responsible for handling inbound calls, interacting with entrepreneurs and executives, and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs. Your expertise will be essential in conveying product and service information, developing key selling skills, and resolving client complaints.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound calls, engage with clients, and understand their needs to provide personalized solutions

• Provide elevated levels of product and service information to communicate the benefits and features of American Express Private Business Services
• Continuously develop key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, resolving complaints, and closing deals
• Deliver exceptional client care by answering questions about accounts in a fast-paced, organized client care environment
• Record important data as per established procedures and protocols
• Maintain the highest levels of integrity and compliance with administrative and regulatory rules

Essential Qualifications

* Minimum 2 years of experience in client support, preferably in a sales and customer service environment

• Proven track record of building client loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, and strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and priorities in an electronic climate
• High school diploma or equivalent required; training benefits available

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a sales and customer service environment

• Strong knowledge of American Express products and services
• Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to a collaborative culture
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
