Experienced Full Stack Workflow Systems Analyst – Data Visualization and Business Intelligence

The Role

As a Workflow Systems Analyst, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing critical workflow tooling at scale. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software experiences, leveraging green workflow, data-driven insights, and a culture of continuous improvement. Your expertise in data visualization, business intelligence, and analytics will help us make informed decisions and drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain dashboards to visualize key metrics and drive business outcomes

• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to develop and refine workflow tooling
• Design and implement iterative dashboard layouts to meet business needs
• Characterize the current state of the workflow, profiling complex systems and identifying areas for improvement
• Develop insights and recommendations to drive business outcomes
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate insights into wins

Essential Qualifications

* 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst

• Solid understanding of analytics, including visualization, statistics, and the Analytics Maturity Curve (Descriptive, Diagnostic, Predictive, Prescriptive)
• Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Advanced Tableau developer skills
• Proficient in SQL, including aggregation, nested queries, and data inspection/validation

Preferred Skills

* Familiarity with software development analytics, including CICD, DORA metrics, and LEAN software development

• Experience in software development, including data pipeline construction, merging, and code transport
• Product ownership skills, including responsibility for key outcomes and driving efforts to achieve concrete results through analytics
• Project management skills, including planning and executing efforts across cross-functional teams

Education & Experience

* B.S. in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field

• Additional experience in workflow optimization, data visualization, and business intelligence
