Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for responding to presale inquiries, guiding customers through the ordering process, and resolving post-order issues. You'll work with a range of software tools to address client inquiries and help consumers with both domestic and international concerns.
Responsibilities
* Respond to presale inquiries by phone, email, and online chat regarding fit, fashion trends/styles, product availability, and specials
- Guide customers through the ordering process online
- Address and resolve post-order inquiries regarding delivery, billing, and shipping
- Utilize a range of software tools to address client inquiries
- Work with outside shipping contractors to help consumers with both domestic and international concerns
- Collaborate with the team to achieve specific department goals and objectives
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Essential Qualifications
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a luxury goods or e-commerce environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customers and teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency in using software tools and technology to address client inquiries
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working with luxury goods or high-end fashion brands
- Knowledge of fashion trends and styles, with a passion for staying up-to-date on the latest fashion and beauty trends
- Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
- Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages
- Experience working with outside shipping contractors or logistics providers

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary, with a base pay range of $31,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $53,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors, including market location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. We also offer a range of benefits and perks, including comprehensive medical, financial, and other benefits.
