Job Summary

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing and analyzing large datasets to inform business decisions and drive process improvements. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and innovation, and develop data-driven solutions to address complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

* Execute models, create tools, and develop algorithms to optimize processes related to HCB's case environment

• Identify and measure opportunities for analysis to improve efficiency and increase automation in claim settlement and modification
• Create, validate, and execute algorithms and predictive models to research issues, identify patterns, and suggest solutions
• Investigate, analyze, and interpret large volumes of data in various formats
• Perform analyses of structured and unstructured data to address reasonably complex business issues
• Utilize advanced statistical procedures and numerical analyses
• Develop data pipelines and designs to integrate, collect, and normalize data that produces insights and addresses reporting needs
• Use data visualization methods to communicate analytical findings and support business decisions
• Develop and assess data needs for assigned projects and ensure data integrity
• Investigate existing data and suggest additional sources of data for enhancements

Required Capabilities

* 2+ years of significant scientific experience

• Experience programming using R or Python
• Experience in SQL
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
