Key Responsibilities

As a Facebook Virtual Assistant - Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and messages via Facebook, providing accurate and helpful information to resolve basic customer service issues.
  • Moderate comments and interactions on posts to ensure a positive community experience, adhering to arenaflex's community guidelines and policies.
  • Assist in creating and scheduling posts, polls, and other engaging content to increase customer engagement and drive brand awareness.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve basic customer service issues, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor as needed.
  • Maintain customer data confidentiality and adhere to arenaflex's policies and procedures.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a Customer Service role is preferred, but not required.
  • Proficiency with Facebook business tools (Pages, Messenger, etc.) and a strong understanding of social media trends and customer engagement strategies.
  • Strong written communication skills with a professional tone, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with minimal supervision.
